Once your application is received by the Assistant Director, she will review it for completeness and will determine whether to schedule an interview with you.
All applicants who are interviewed participate in a site visit at one of the group homes. This provides an opportunity to meet and talk with the residents and staff, as well as view a slice of a work day.
Driving and criminal background checks, as well as a pre-employment drug screen, are conducted for applicants who express interest in employment at WNC Group Homes.
